bitchville:

Giant outdoor installation on Botafogo beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The city is host to the UN Conference on Sustainable Development, Rio+20.

The massive fish sculptures were created using discarded plastic bottles. At night they are illuminated from the inside creating a beautiful light show.
